Tour Booking Cancellations
- Cancellations made 15 days or more before the tour start date will receive a full refund, excluding any non-refundable costs (such as hotel or airline bookings).
- Cancellations made 7–14 days before the tour will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour are non-refundable.
No-shows & Early Departures
- No refunds will be given for no-shows or early departures once the tour has started.
Force Majeure
- Refunds or alternative arrangements may be offered in the event of natural disasters, political unrest, or other events beyond our control.
