  • A minimum deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking.
  • Full payment must be made at least 7 days before the tour begins.

2. Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change based on exchange rates or supplier changes.
  • Prices include accommodation, transport, and services as specified in the package.

3. Changes by the Client

  • We will try to accommodate any requested changes but cannot guarantee all requests, especially on short notice. Additional costs may apply.

4. Changes by Us

  • In rare cases, we may adjust itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational reasons. We will provide suitable alternatives of equal value.

5. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend all clients obtain travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical expenses, and personal belongings.

6. Client Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, and complying with local laws.
  • Disrespectful behavior, substance abuse, or violations of local customs may result in tour termination without refund.
